By creating an account or using JAXPORT LMS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
JAXPORT LMS is provided to (a) JAXPORT employees, (b) personnel of contractor companies authorized to work at JAXPORT facilities, and (c) members of the public who voluntarily enroll in available courses. Different terms and access rights apply to each group.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as it changes. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
You may not (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform, (c) reverse-engineer or extract content for redistribution, or (d) submit false information for the purpose of obtaining a certificate or completion record.
Course content is provided for training purposes. Certificates issued by JAXPORT LMS evidence completion of the corresponding course on the date shown. They do not, by themselves, confer a license, qualification, or authorization unless explicitly stated. Certificate verification is available at /verify-cert.
Some courses are available for purchase by members of the public. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Refunds are governed by the refund policy presented at checkout. Course access for paid enrollments remains available for the period stated at purchase.
Course content, the platform interface, and JAXPORT marks are the property of Jacksonville Port Authority or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to access content for personal or job-related training only.
JAXPORT may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, end of employment or contractor engagement, or as required by law. Completion records are retained according to the Privacy Policy.
The platform is provided "as is." JAXPORT does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the platform will meet every user need. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, JAXPORT's liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the relevant course.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
